How to keep snakes out of your house
Snakes enter houses through holes and cracks in walls and masonry as small as 1/8-inch. Seal any holes and cracks that you see.
Check the floors and walls of your basement and outdoor buildings, such as garages, sheds and barns. Sealants used to exclude mice will also work against snakes. Secure vents with special screens.
